Going to the gym and doing the same routine over and over seems like a tiring and boring workout. No matter that you wouldn’t last in that workout. Everybody has the same workout routine as you have. The gym is where you can see lots of people and they have all kinds of equipment for you to use, but working out is not about gym equipment. It might be exciting to a new guy, who finally decided to make some changes in his life, but that is not as easy as he thinks it is. He needs to last in his workout routine to finally see some improvement in his body.  Then again, that is where the problem is, he need consistent regular training to see results.
