  • First thing that you should be doing is to wake up early. Waking up early gives you more free time because you start early with your chores.  Now, you have the time to work out, which is something that you can’t do if you wake up late.
  • Walking is a great exercise as it burn calorie.  The best thing about walking is that you can do it anytime you want.  You can do it while on grocery store while picking up your grocery items. If you have a treadmill at home then you can use that to up your exercise a bit.  Through the use of a treadmill, you can vary the intensities of your interval training.  Interval training is the key to burning more calories in a short time.
  • Breakfast is treated as the most important meal of the day because it supplies you with the energy to do your work.  A nutritious meal everyday can keep you away from snacking on junk and unhealthy foods.  A perfect breakfast should include oatmeal, some fruits, and a glass of milk.  Oatmeal makes you feel full a lot longer because they aren’t easily digested.  Tea, coffee, and oily food are not ideal for breakfast.
  • Overeating is a big no as it will help you gain weight.  Opt for lunch that contains a healthy mix of vegetables and fruits so the body gets needed nutrition for the day.  Eat just enough to get the energy required for the day.
  • Eat many small meals.  This is a great way to have the energy you needed for the day without overeating.  If you eat a small meal now, be sure to eat another small meal after 3 hours so you won’t starve yourself.   As usual, you need healthy food to provide you with the energy that you need.
