Last on the list is the exercise list.  The type of exercise should be carefully considered.  If you don’t know where to start then start with an exercise that could warm-up your body like jogging. You can switch to more advanced exercises as you go along. It would help if you got a dumbbell, it doesn’t cost much.  But if you don’t have one, then you can settle with home weights to assist your workout. You can use items that can easily be seen around the house as training equipment. By buying home training videos, you can learn how to exercise using some items around the house.  Now, that your done with creating your plan, you should start your training as soon as possible!

Staying fit doesn’t mean that you need to spend a lot of time and money in the gym!  You just need to plan your fitness training at home.
