Though, depression is not that prevalent, research has recently shown that over 19 million people in the United States alone suffer from its unrelenting grasp. There are thousands of people suffering from the mental state each and every day.

Every once in a while we get depress for a lot of things, but we should learn how to move on and forget about our problems.

Depressive disorder and poor sleeping habits linked together.  Most people thought that poor sleep only mean sleeping too little, but the truth is you can also have poor sleep with too much.  Getting some help from doctors to regulate your sleeping pattern can be very beneficial to your mental and physical health.  There are times, when a doctor prescribe an antidepressant, be aware that it can take up to a month for you to see the results.
